Four areas we work in every day

I

Legal analysis

We examine your situation, the documents and the applicable EU rules. You receive a written opinion with risks ranked and a recommended course of action.

II

Document drafting

Contracts, terms, powers of attorney, corporate resolutions and claim letters drafted from scratch. Each clause is written for your facts, not copied from a template.

III

Transaction support

We accompany sales, leases, share transfers and financing from first draft to signature. Due diligence, negotiation and registration are handled by one team.

IV

Consultations

A focused meeting at our office on Avenue Louise 35 or by video call. You leave with clear answers and a short written summary of the next steps.

About the firm

Pemberton & Partners

The firm was founded in Brussels in 2011 and has grown with the businesses it advises. Today a compact team of lawyers handles commercial, corporate and civil matters across Europe.

We keep our case load deliberately small. Every client speaks directly with the lawyer responsible for the file, and every document leaves the office only after a second reading.

  • One responsible lawyer per matter, from first call to closing
  • Fees agreed in writing before any work begins
  • Advice in English and French, on site or remotely
How we work

Four steps from question to result

01

First contact

You describe the matter by phone or e-mail and we confirm within one working day whether we can help.

02

Review of documents

We read the file, identify the legal questions and set out the realistic options in writing.

03

Agreed plan

Scope, timetable and fees are fixed in a short engagement letter before work starts.

04

Execution

We draft, negotiate or represent you and report on progress at every meaningful stage.

Expertise

Fifteen years of European practice

Our work is grounded in European Union law — the regulations and directives that govern contracts, companies and data — and in the general principles of European private law. We follow the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union closely.

Frequently asked

Questions before you call

The first meeting is charged at a fixed fee agreed when you book, so there are no surprises. If we then take the matter on, that fee is credited against the engagement.

Yes. Meetings, correspondence and contract drafts are available in both English and French, and bilingual contracts are common in our practice.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day and can usually open a file the same week. Urgent deadlines are taken on where our capacity genuinely allows it.

Professional secrecy applies from your very first message, including enquiries that never become a mandate. Files are stored within the European Union and access is limited to the lawyer handling your matter.
